4. No returns or refunds on goods sold unless there is a valid reason for it.

6. Item(s) will only be reserved for a maximum of 3 days. If the payment is not made after 3 days the item(s) will be released. Extension of reservation must be for a valid reason.

7. Our Mode of Payment is either Cash on Delivery (please note we only do COD at places listed!) or via Bank transfer into our Maybank account for postage.

8. Please note that our prices are non-negotiable! Discounts and promotions will be specified for every item and are final.

9. We don't do swapping. Sorry lovelies!
